Nowadays, in this country, culture is in ruins and this is mainly
the consequence of the fact that cultural institutions are not open
to new tendencies. Moreover, people who work in these institutions
are envious of each other and hide schedules of their programmes
striving to be "unique". There lurks the beginning of the end of
every project. It is necessary to create conditions in which free
and timely flow of information about future or current projects
would be possible, as well as to be open and creative when it comes
to new, valuable ideas. We must raise the awareness that an event
has its mission when it "leaves" the institution and involves as
many participants as possible. Our aim and strategy must be clear:
keeping ourselves informed about the work of other people via the
Internet, creating our own Internet presentations, establishing
links to others and conceiving a joint project. If the project wins
the support of different institutions and organizations, new "bigger"
and comparably cheaper projects would be made possible. More highly
qualified, creative participants would be taking part in their realization
and the projects would be presented in a much better way here and
abroad.
