U periodu od maja do novembra, u Beogradu će boraviti petnaest umetnika i umetnica iz više evropskih i vanevropskih zemalja. Tokom boravka od dve nedelje, oni treba da naprave najmanje pet kratkih radio-reportaža o svojim utiscima iz Beograda. Reportaže se emituju na radio stanicama u zemljama iz kojih dolaze, ali i na ovdašnjim radio-stanicama (Radiju Studio B, Drugom programu Radio Beograda i Radiju B92). Projekat omogućava da se pogled ovih umetnika i umetnica na Beograd i njihovi opšti utisci o boravku predstave - ''vrate'' stanovnicima grada. Na taj način, oni su dopisnici iz Beograda i za same Beograđane. Reportaže se rade na maternjim jezicima dopisnika i na ''evropskom engleskom'' - jeziku koji danas govori najveći deo Evropljana.	In the period from May to November, fifteen artists/female artists from several European and non-European countries shall visit Belgrade. During their stay they should prouduce at least five short radio-reports on their impressions from Belgrade. The reports are broadcasted on radio stations in their native countries, but also on the local radio stations (Radio Studio B, Radio Belgrade 2 and Radio B92 ). The Project enables the glimpse of the strangers on Belgrade and their impressions of their stay to be presented - ''returned'' to its citizens. In that way, those artists and female artists are correspondents from Belgrade also for the Belgraders themselves. The reports shall be done in native languages of the correspondents and in ''European English'' - language spoken today by the majority of Europeans.
